I mean, we do live in the time of anything being possible, but it just causes us to be skeptical. 

Like I've said before, I think it's just generally more of an issue of games take up so many resources as it is just to make a single player or a multiplayer. Adding in resources on top of all that, for an engine or even a level editor; just rarely becomes a priority.

Unreal Engine is very customizable. I don't see any real reason why it wouldn't work.
