I think it's fair when you consider the facts, CMA being extremely against behavioural remedies is a mountain to climb.
I believe both wrong assessments have the same underlying reason: he applies the standard of *normal* merger cases without considering that this here is a case that is legally absolutely fine, issues were political, and politics influence process

This is weird too, almost like he's complaining that Idas is assessing the case based on the law? No shit? Regulators SHOULDN'T be involving politics in this. Microsoft were as caught off guard as everyone else and didn't seem to consider the politics of it, I don't see FOSS claiming that Microsoft therefore don't know shit, Lol.

Meanwhile Idas ain't said shit about him, not even negatively when he responded to his tweets the first time, but this dude is obsessed with disrespecting Idas and straight up twisting what Idas said (which he provides for free), like I said, I think the dude is just salty he isn't receiving the attention which is a shame because he does know stuff and I have used him as a source in the past too.
