Yes, I've seen it on the ResetEra thread, this isn't the first time that he has gone after Idas, it's really weird and a bit sad.
I'm not sure when Idas said it but your #3 is correct, Idas was talking about the deal going through overall, not on the EU's chances of approving the deal, Idas like every other investor/antitrust specialist, etc. Is GUESSING based on their best judgement of the available information and I've seen many put the chances lower than Idas (from lawyers to investment branches).
Idas has been brilliant at presenting the information in an easily digestible manner.
You know, it looks like this dude is just salty that Idas is getting all the attention as the source of information and not him.
I'm sure Florian knows a lot of stuff too, I wouldn't try to discredit him like he's obsessed with discrediting Idas.
