I am going to guess that nothing is even close.  On ERA, Chris says 2M with digital is a possibility for launch week(end).  I threw out 800K-1,000K for retail and said expecting 40% digital, and he also remarked that my digital % guess was too low, as the higher price point will incentivize voucher sales and push digital % into the 40s.

It will outsell all non-BOTW Zelda titles in its first three-days in JP.
