We've run into some technical issues in developing the Xbox port that have stopped us feeling 100% confident in announcing it until we're certain we've found the right solutions – specifically, we've been unable to get split-screen co-op to work to the same standard on both Xbox Series X and S, which is a requirement for us to ship.

Okay, Series S is the issue it seems

But I'm a bit confused why they're trying to get Series S to the same standard as Series X? Series S is weaker...You aren't going to get them to the same standard. PC has split screen as well but the Minimum specs are lower than Series S...How will PC run at the same standard across all Specs if Series S/X can't? I'm assuming it won't, so make some compromises on Series S.

If PC doesn't have split screen anymore (even though it was confirmed) then remove split screen from Series S. If Xbox is requiring them then they shouldn't. Though having said all of this, there are still 6 months left and a massive amount of development happens in the tail end of development so I wouldn't be surprised if we all freak out over nothing and it all works out in the end. We'll have to wait and see.

It was looking like minimum specs on PC are 8GB RAM + 3 GB VRAM.  If it's using that pretty well, that would be more than the 10 GB RAM on the Series S.
