Yeah, I get majority of sales will be digital, but come on!
Unless 99.9% of all sales in Brazil are digital, I really don't see the reason for this.
As a PC gamer, we had that band aid ripped off a decade ago 
you find a box copy of a game, it's just gonna have a Steam code.
