Most likely the 4090 Ti will be 142SMs while the Titan is the full 144SMs. There's a good chance it will be 35-45% faster than a 7900XTX which means Radeon has a lot of work to do for RDNA 4 cause Blackwell will likely be at least 40% faster on top.
