Update:
Still at it. I had trouble with this one popping.
I tried 3 times before I looked it up. The suggestion was to get all the way to where the gutters were last and then close out completely out of the game and then reboot it and finish the gutters and it worked.
...to avoid getting banned for inactivity, I may have to resort to comments that are of a lower overall quality and or beneath my moral standards.
