Just boosting this for visibility from a little while ago.
From what I've heard via multiple sources, Halo Infinite's "campaign DLC" never existed beyond conversations. Focus has been entirely on live service. https://t.co/b1a9NozyYG
i think they mighta looped back around to it eventually but the priority had to be the service.

i think a lot of weight is put on that claim, but as we now know from subsequent sources, the "plan" for halo infinite changed multiple times across a deluge of miscommunication.
