I also love that regulators are now like "hold up, Nintendo is not its own market" after the clown shit from FTC. Chile admits to taking into account FTCs arguments but simply disagreed with them. We're going to have every regulator now commenting on if Nintendo is its own market or not 
Anyway this is once again how you do it...Brazil and Chile making the FTC look incompetent as fuck...The level of detail in Brazil and Chile's investigation versus FTC's isn't even close.
