That seems like a good selection of games. And at least they provide the hardware and software used for their claims, unlike Nvidia did recently (and it didn't go well for them).

So overall my thoughts after yesterdays press event from AMD:

- Non-X CPUs. Honestly these seem pretty pointless and pretty lame overall. The reason is that as mentioned in GNs video, the X skus has had discounts to similar price points to the non-X skus for a while. If AMD's plan is to release these non-X skus and then raise the prices of the X skus to normal levels and make X3D even more expensive, well that will simply be a shit move from AMD. Non-X skus should be cheaper imo and X skus should get a permanent discount and X3D should be replacing the original MSRPs.

Well, the price of the X parts has been rising since the start of the year. Over here I could find the 7600X for around 260€ while now it's getting close to 300€, and likely go over that in a few days. But it's clear that the drop in price of the x parts was a panic move from AMD to try to give its sales a push (which we don't know if it worked or not), not a long terms move. It would have been great, but since when can we have nice things?

We'll have to see, tho, how well the non X parts overclock. GamersNexus said they can be OC'ed, so there's still a chance to get almost the performance of the X parts for less money.

AMD Allegedly Has No More Radeon RX 7900 XTX Reference GPU Stock To Fulfil RMA Requests

https://wccftech.com/amd-allegedly-has-no-more-radeon-rx-7900-xtx-reference-gpu-stock-to-fulfil-rma-requests/

What a disaster of a launch lol. Karma hit Radeon team hard this gen. So many faulty coolers that they cannot fulfill the RMA requests and instead, they have to give out refunds instead of replacement GPUs.

Well, let's look at the bright side of this: those affected will get their money back to buy a third party model with a good cooler or, because law forces (in this case) AMD to provide an equivalent product, they can get a 7900XTX from a third party partner that will come with a better cooler.

The unlucky ones may end being lucky.

Please excuse my bad English.
