It's actually slightly misleading with the clock speeds.

The cores that have the Vcache on the CCD won't boost to 5.7/5.6 Ghz but the cores that don't have the Vcache on the CCD will boost to 5.7/5.6 Ghz. It's why the 7800X3D has 5Ghz boost while the other two have 5.6/5.7Ghz.

Still it's a better solution than having high end chips without Vcache. If you are spending the big bucks, those chips should be the best at both gaming and productivity. The only worrying part is going to be the windows scheduler handling as Ryzen had issues with Windows 11 plenty of times.
