I think I saw that it's actually pretty rare for a company to do this so it shows that Microsoft has basically 0 fear of the FTC if the others approve, Lol. If this is what happens then damn, what an embarrassment for the FTC...You'd think at that stage they'd have to come to a deal with Microsoft to avoid looking absolutely useless.
There's currently Axon vs FTC happening which is largely about companies being sick of FTC's delay tactics and wanting the Supreme Court to give them the option of forcing FTC straight to federal court during the acquisition process, the decision for that is meant to come before June 2023 and I thought Microsoft might just wait for that (because SC is 100% going to rule against FTC) but I guess they're in a no shits given mode, Lol.
