If it's like DLSS, but for videos, it should work on older RTX cards like the 3000 and 2000 series, or is Nvidia locking it to just the new ones?
Also, does it work with with videocalls? I mean, some may have had to deal with video conferences and have "seen" some colleagues or co-workers with shitty cams. Would this work on that?
