Unsure, I think Lost Odyssey rights are more complicated, it isn't even on Game Pass, I believe that Microsoft/Mistwalker/Feelplus (now AQ Interactive) all own some rights in Lost Odyssey's IP but don't have proof of that, it's just a feeling.

Nice, everything hinges on the CMA but still nice to see other places approving the deal.

Only FTC matters bro, they blocked the deal, doesn't matter what their arguments were, the deal is now anti-competitive because FTC said so.
