This game was my young childhood. I remember every time I booted this game up on the old box tv my family used to have and hearing that wonderful music encapture me into a brand new world. I never even made it that far as a young kid, only able to beat the first few areas but it didn't matter. I imagined myself in this world, roaming around the hub letting the music take me in. It's why this game still holds up so highly for me. Sure, it's still a fantastic platformer with excellent level and world design but its been beaten out by other platformers and even its own series in that department. What holds this game up is the atmosphere. The music, the movement, Rosalina's storytime bits, the navigation in the observatories. It gives me this magical feeling I can't find in any other game. A true and utter masterpiece in every sense of the word
