I wouldn't continue to overestimate Radeon and underestimate Nvidia after how disappointing the launch has been. The difference between 7900XT and 4080 once you remove the CPU limitations is more like 14-15% rather than less than 10%...
I am also not sure where you got the 135 watt power limit from?
