Likely it will be around 3070 performance with lower power draw and DLSS 3 support which is still pretty horrid mind you for that price. Nvidia this gen basically went full greed mode as they know AMD will do little to counteract them other than price their products accordingly instead of actually competing. This is certainly sounding like a skip gen outside of 4090 buyers. |
This pretty much confirms that I'm really gonna have to go for a 3080 or just settle for that one less X from AMD (pun intended).
Just hard to imagine an entire gen's worth of stack being utterly useless to anyone from last gen or those looking for good gains on the mid side of things. Surely this will bite Nvidia in the ass 2 yrs from now, because if it doesn't, we are proper screwed.
