Ragnarok improved in everything 2018 had, so there is just no way to say it is worse. The only caveat anyone can make is that it didn't change a lot (it was a direct sequel so it makes sense) and that it wasn't PS5 exclusive (so some extra bells and whistles weren't present). But overall it is a masterpiece on a level above the previous entry.
