9 probably wrong, but I can't help but think of that Tomb Raider game (Shadow?) where you can pet the llamas.

Theme Hospital is correct!

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is not, great game though, had more fun with that trilogy than I had with Uncharted past 3, not in the least because it did collectables way better with them being relevant to the story and location, and actually providing extra info about things. Also loved the puzzles in the tombs and the exploration in some parts.

But yeah anyway, not Tomb Raider.
