#41: Tenchu: Stealth Assassins
Okay, I'll admit it, graphically speaking Tenchu did not age well (which is why I think it would be a prime candidate for a remake) but the game is still tons of fun. The AI is just clever enough to catch you when you make dumb mistake but also stupid enough that you can have fun planning how to dispatch the guards that stand in your way. I've spent countless hours grappling on rooftops, watching guards' patrol route, luring them with tasty rice, having them step on caltrops or just plain walked up behind them to violently behead them.
