Wow, Applebee's operates in Saudi Arabia but not Ireland 
it's a casual dining restaurant chain. You can find commercials on YouTube I'm sure. They're famous slogan is "Eatin Good in the Neighborhood" and you can find them all over the US.
It's not so much a big deal as it is just funny and super unexpected lol
