David Szymanski, the creator of Dusk, one of the most important shooters of the past five years, has just launched his latest game, Chop Goblins. Or, if Szymanski is to be believed, his cat Zamboni released it behind his back. The nefarious Zamboni strikes again.
FromSoftware says Armored Core 6 won't emulate Dark Souls or Elden Ring, is all about mech customization

For newcomers to FromSoftware's mech series, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon might sound like an impenetrable late-series sequel that refers to deep lore from the '90s. In actuality, nobody's expected to know where Rubicon is and why it's on fire. The mecha series spans 13 games and seven spin-offs, some of which have built on one another, but Armored Core 6 tells a new story that doesn't follow from Armored Core 5 or its sequel, which came out back in 2012 and 2013.

Dwarf Fortress has a minor guts problem: right now, it doesn't do a great job of telling you whether a dwarf's guts are inside, or outside, of their body. While dwarves have some physiological differences from humans (they live 150+ years, have perfect dark vision, and start vomiting if they hang out in the sun for awhile), they are alike in this respect: if their guts are hanging out, something's gone very wrong. One of the changes to the graphical version of Dwarf Fortress makes this dire situation a bit harder to diagnose, but developer Tarn Adams says it's on the list to address.

MrBeast's Extreme Survival Challenge, taking place this Saturday, will give Fortnite players a brief window to compete for a $1 million prize.
