Something is off here though since the card does 395FPS at 1440p in Doom Eternal and I don't think it's pulling ~ 680 W when doing so :D
Since 4K is running more or less at the power limit, I suspect the FPS limiter isn't working at the driver level, which might or might not be the same problem with video playback...
