Sony smells blood in the water and all efforts will now be put towards killing the deal. They will accept 0 concessions.
I have lost basically all respect for SIE over the last several months. I get they have to act in their shareholders interests. But they come off as an out of touch dinosaur trying to use government fiat to not have to compete.
