He definitely seemed less happy than usual, can't really blame him though, he must be going through 10 years of stress in 1 week 
Jez did say he heard Xbox might not show up and speculated it may be because of regulatory pressure, maybe it's true and Microsoft's lawyers have effectively muzzled Xbox but I still can't think why it makes sense.
The regulators already know about the games, are they that awful that it would severely impact the deal if Microsoft spoke a bit more about them? Lol.
