What a move, promising 10 years of CoD for both Switch (an over 100m userbase) and Steam. Now if FTC blocks the deal they are not only lowkey spitting in the face of employers and unions but also I think it's safe to say now that blocking the deal would harm more consumers than it would protect, FTC has no angle here where blocking the deal won't make them look bad.

I wonder if they can sign a contract now though which only comes into effect if and when the acquisition closes.

I wonder how it works, because Sony would have to share specs with the Minecraft team too, it could be something like they can only share specs with the development team but Microsoft itself isn't allowed to know to ensure fair competition?
