The deal with MS and Nvidia was IIRC that Nvidia wanted more to continue to make the product and MS basically said meh. I can see MS staying with ATI for a very long time indeed. Nvidia kind of messed up on that deal for the very long term imho. I really can't believe it took a 30% dive in one day though that is big time.
