While I wouldn't be surprised if this was representative of real world performance, I'd take it with a grain of salt

With 6 days left until the cards launch, I wouldn't be surprised either if this comes from a reviewer, which means that this would have been done with final or near final drivers.

Also, it's worth remembering that synthetic results don't translate 1:1 to gaming performance.
