Sony is just throwing as much shit to the wall as possible, they must know these arguments are absolutely stupid, but they don't care because their true intention is to block the deal as they expressed to the CMA and they're "getting away" with it because it seems like the FTC is far too interested in "big tech bad" and getting a political win than actually looking into the effects on the market.

Like to break it down, they complain that Microsoft doesn't clearly state how CoD will be available post agreement, well, since you block xCloud, how else do you think? Obviously, it's native ports, there is literally no other option. Wanting CoD on the same date, reasonable, with the same features? I'm assuming they'll throw a tantrum about "Game Pass Perks" in that case.

If they're asking for CoD to launch into PS+ on the same date as Game Pass (and for free?) then they're absolutely fucking insane, Lol. They're just throwing random shit to block the deal entirely; next they'll demand that Microsoft pays THEM the $69bn.
