If Tom is leaving for Jar of Sparks, then Microsoft needs to start getting more competitive in their own area.

Hmm, if you complained about 343 since they took over Halo, why would you care if someone poached their staff. If anything you probably should be like good riddance maybe 343 can hire new blood to bring them into the future.

But it is true that a lot of people called for a shakeup at 343 for years and well, this is what it would look like, Lol.
Tom French, Stephen Dyck and Martin Deschambault were great. They also lost Sparth who was also great.
Don't really think we can say the Producers at 343 did a very good job though, Lol. So, I don't mind those leaving.
It's awkward to lose a lot of senior staff during a partial hiring freeze too.
