The Wii may be the most popular system for children, but it is also the most popular system for adults (and the most popular system overall) so your conclusion that they will buy an XBox 360 when they grow up is flawed ...
In fact a more realistic assumption is that the children who own a Wii today will buy a system from the next generation (or the following one), which may or may not be produced by Nintendo, not that they will buy an XBox 360.
