We Forgot About Luke - Switching to Intel Arc Pt. 2

Linus/Luke switched to Arc GPU for 30 days and yea, the experience has been pretty yikes. Intel seems to have a similar problem as AMD where third party software and games are slow to adopt their tech such as Arcs AV1 encoder and their Highlights feature. Ironically as shown in the video, even though Arc was out well before the 4000 series, OBS has support Nvenc AV1 but has no support for Arc AV1.
