And that’s been true for months. Regulators can try to do what they like (though they need the courts to agree), but this continues to be a weak antitrust case that is most likely to go through w/ moderate limits.
The deal’s basically as on track as might reasonably have been expected.

The biggest surprise is the vociferousness (and, honestly, speciousness) of rival Sony’s position.
That is going to do some damage to industry comity.
