Well I do know that they brought on Halk Hogan onto their team, so he was working on giving them all the texture improvements he'd made over the years and likely some more work. They'll probably have tweaked some quests here and there/bug fixes, but outside of that I'm not sure what else they could add as QoL (though that auto oil your blades mod was super handy to use, so I'd hope they added that in, since going into inv/applying oils/leaving inventory was a bit annoying to do before every encounter).
