I'm on the final Act of Pentiment, and the story has NOT gone the way I thought it would lol. The story plays out very differently than what the trailers make it out to be. Which is awesome. It subverts expectations in a way you don't see coming yet doesn't feel cheap. Won't spoil what or how here as I do highly recommend everyone at least try the game out.
But I will say it definitely holds that special Obsidian story telling
