As a company known far and wide for its litigiousness (see “Scrolls” lawsuit), the absence of a present lawsuit is notable.
As for the positioning of harassment here, I am completely nonplussed.

The inciting incident were statements made by an iD executive setting forth Mr. Gordon as a bad actor.
Mr. Gordon’s return volley was the same.
If one is acceptable than the other is equally acceptable.
In short, this is a very poor message lacking in substance from both Bethesda and, by proxy, Microsoft.
