Simple really, Live works the way it was intended to.
Something PSN cant be acused of.
Another thing no one seem to have mentioned is the fact that thanks to the Live infrastructure more games actually get an online component while on the PS3 they would not have(VT3 and VF5 for instance).
That and hey, have fun INSTALLING demos.
On live you download(real fast I might add) and play.
