More details on the tanks that are being sent:
-U.S. will pay for the refurbishment of 45 T-72 tanks from the Czech Republic
-the Netherlands will pay for an additional 45 T-72 tanks
-some of the tanks will arrive in Ukraine before the end of December, the rest after the new year
