Out of the dozens of controllers that I used, I only ever got one controller drifting, a DualShock 3. It's strange because it seems to be a fairly common issue on the internet and I'm not exactly gentle with my controllers. None of my real life friends ever complained about it either.

Conversely, my DS4's D-pads couldn't survive Korean Backdashing (Tekken) for 2 active months, so my humble wish is for Sony to have better and more durable D-pad rubbers and simplify disassembly. Other than that, I was happy with most Playstation controllers. To me any innovations since DualShock 1 are gimmicks that don't add much. Triggers are sometimes nice (but mostly an annoyance), gyro/motion-sensing can be cool too but hardly any developer utilizes them meaningfully even though they've been standard in some form on Nintendo/Sony controllers since 2006.
