While GN didn't manage to get any of the hoped results, the video is still interesting for several reasons, the biggest of them being that there are different adaptors going around and that they're build different and with parts rated for different voltages. So yeah, simply put, some supplier decided to skimp on materials and build quality, and we may be seeing the results of that.
We'll have to wait and see if Nvidia and its partners find, and what happens after that.
On another note, Steve can edit the video well enough, but when it comes to film the video... well, we now know why he got someone for that.
Also, Patrick had a haircut. When will Steve do the same?
