How on earth can putin claim US dominance is at an end when his supposed "powerful" country has shown its army to be woefully incompetent and has an economy on the brink of collapse? The US isn't at its best at the moment, but come on, they're still miles ahead of where russia are. Probably an understatement actually, they're so far that the US can't even see russia anymore, russia is a dot to them!
