Yea that's true but it is a really good all around CPU if you don't want to break the bank but still get all around great performance. The 5800X3D is still the best bang per buck considering both 7000 series and Raptor Lake are expensive and aren't worth it imo outside of workstation performance. But if someone does want a budget upgrade that they want to keep for a long time, a cheap z690 that's on sale + 13600k would do wonders.

Just saw the 5800X3D on that power consumption chart compared to the latest and lmao, this makes for such an easy choice for me at this point.
