Your three wishes will never happen.
1. Gas/Oil is a non-renewable resource. It will run out due to increased demand and limited supply. Price is due to supply and demand. Price of oil will continue to go up. By 2050 there will be no oil/gas remaining.
2. I believe Osama has died a few years ago. His capture would change nothing. Lots of other extremists would take his place. It is like a video game monster with 10 heads. Kill one there is still 9 remaining.
3. Middle East will be in chaos for eternity due to religious and political differences. Jews have hated Arabs for over 1000 years and wars have raged on and off continuously.
