They don’t even follow the basics to pass this off as free and fair, with Russian and DPR flags all over the poll stations (as propaganda and thus bias inside a polling station is a no-no).

Closest thing to that in the West that I know of was Tower Hamlets council election circa 10 years. That election was voided and re-run for that very reason.
