Intel 13th Gen Core Raptor Lake CPU pricing leaked by Newegg, i9-13900K for $660, i7-13700K $450, i5-13600K at $330

https://videocardz.com/newz/intel-13th-gen-core-raptor-lake-cpu-pricing-leaked-by-newegg-i9-13900k-for-660-i7-13700k-450-i5-13600k-at-330

So let me get this straight...

13600k 14 Cores (6P 12 threads + 8E 8 threads) $330 vs $300 7600X 6 Cores 12 threads
13700k 16 Cores (8P 16 threads + 8E 8 threads) $450 vs $400 7800X 8 Cores 16 threads
13900k 24 Cores (8P 16 threads + 16E 16 threads) $660 vs $700 7950x 16 Cores 32 threads

Yea Intel just killed anything below a 7900X... Especially when you consider Z690 with PCI-E Gen 5 for GPU are on continuous sales.

Assuming these kick for productivity and gaming against Zen 4 on top of supporting DDR4.. Yeah. Interested to see how Intel will price the 13400 as well, which should be the insane value for money (like the i5 12400) for gamers on a budget.

But yeah Intel should take it easily this year, value wise. Crazy how AMD went from being the budget brand to being premium brand in the space of a few generations.

Don't forget that anything below the 13600K will use Alder Lake architecture, not Rocket Lake.

There may be performance improvements, but they could all come from higher clocks.

Intel Launches 13th Gen CPUs: Starting At $294, 5.8GHz, 15% IPC Increase And 41% Multi-Threaded Performance Increase Over Alder Lake

Official now. Insane prices and performance and cheaper than what newegg leak showed!

Looks like this time we may have a price war! Betwen chips shortages, crypto shenanigans, etc. it's been a while since we've had similar performing products competing for our money.

By the way, talking about money, I've seen some X670E motherboards listed for around 350€. They're not cheap, but they're not as expensive as we feared (tho there are also some above the 1.000€ mark).

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070
