DLSS 2 super resolution does indeed reduce latency but DLSS 3 frame interpolation increases it. I don't think I'm going to use this feature. With frame interpolation a 60fps game (17ms ft) will look like 120fps but feel like a 40fps game (17+9=26ms ft). A 30 fps game (33ms) will look like a 60fps game but feel like a 20fps games (33+17=50ms).

Yea that doesn't make much sense... I'd wait for Digital Foundry before jumping to conclusions.
