I clash with members of that fanbase, not MS. 

But since you are, well, you, I will reiterate what I said a few times recently. I think Jim Ryan is damaging the PS brand like no other CEO before him and his reign needs to end sooner than later before things get even worst than they are right now. You need to go back to the blunders during the PS3 era (pricing and PSN security breach) to find a situation that’s remotely comparable, and even those weren’t as bad as how things are now with Jim Ryan at the helm.
