Haven’t looked at the numbers yet but bayo has 1 more chance and I see it being either the top or at least in the top 3 releases for October in the community vote. God of War has a chance but I doubt Pokémon will make it. It took until this month to reach the top 10. Though admittedly, with Rabbids and Bayonetta 3 coming out next month, it’ll clear up some room for more titles in peoples lists. 

I wouldn't rule out GoW yet, tho I agree that it will be very hard. Imho, it has failed to reach higher positions until new in part because of the secretism and lack of info (gameplay, story) about it until recently. It's kind of funny because Nintendo games don't seem to suffer from that problem.
