The only thing it has over the PSN is this:

Cross game invites/IN GAME VOICE CHAT

Thats it,

we already have everything else, and by E3 the VDL service.

We also have better online gameplay(less lag)
An internet browser
Information board
Soon to be released weather service for PSN
and a better achivement system(but only 2 games currently out supports the trophies, by end of the month should go up significantly)

Dude, do you even own an Xbox360? How can you compare Live to PSN when you never USE it.

Why don't you leave the comparison to people who have both systems huh?

Actually I dont own it, and those that are bashing the PSN dont own a ps3 neither.

Im taking the comparison from "Evilman278" which was banned from this site, he owns both of the consoles, I know exactly how XBOX LIVE works as well.

I do own both.  XBL is one of the main reasons why all the multiplatform games I own, I own for the 360.  I haven't been impressed with PSN from the start.  2.40 is a nice advancement but the interface still needs work to make it flow better.  It is hard to describe but I just like the way the XBL interface works from the friends lists to the voice chat to the matchmaking.  PSN has certainly improved but the main problem it has is that Sony didn't think it was going to have to really compete with XBL so they didn't spend as much time on the online component.  Even though they have made many improvements, it won't be until the PS4 when you see a true integration.  The problem being that completely changing the online strategy of a console is extremely difficult after launch.  The only thing PSN has that that XBL doesn't is that Sony published games generally come with dedicated servers.

I give that post a 9.3.
